Love, The Magician (El Amor Brujo) is the best-known work of Manuel de Falla. It carries a strong popular character: singing, dancing, and the sound of traditional instruments. All of this is used masterfully to evoke Spanish popular tradition. As such, it is a work immersed in musical and literary elements originating from Andalusian Gypsy music and literature.
