2. Will there be free admission events? If so, how and where can I claim tickets? + -

All the events of the Getsemaní Auditorium of the Convention Center and the Proclamation Palace, and the conversations-concerts of Giovanni Bietti in the different scenarios, will be free admission without tickets. Admission to the auditorium and seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis until full capacity is reached, for which reason it is recommended to arrive one hour in advance.

3. In which venues will the concerts be held? + -

In this version our programming will take place at the Adolfo Mejía Theater, the Chapel of the Sofitel Santa Clara Hotel , the Chapel of the Charleston Santa Teresa Hotel, the Getsemaní Auditorium of the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center and we will be at the Proclamation Palace.

4. I bought ballots online but I don't know what I should do now. + -

If you purchased your ticket online or by phone, you must go at least one hour before the start of the event to the ticket offices located in the different scenarios to claim your physical ticket. If you have your digital ticket, you can go directly to the logistics staff located at the entrances to enter the event.
