Biography

Composer, pianist and musicologist, widely recognized as one of Italy’s best music lecturers, whose emphasis is on music popularization. He is a well-known broadcaster on Italian Radio (“Lezioni di Musica” – Music Lessons – on the RAI-RadioTre radio network), and has appeared as a music expert on various TV broadcasts. Additionally, he has published books on Mozart (2015), Beethoven (2013) and the Viennese Classical Symphony (2012). His latest book, Lo spartito del mondo, 2018, deals with multiculturalism through music, and the importance of the power of music in bringing different cultures together. He regularly performs lecture-concerts, which are held at the most prestigious international institutions.
